Debby Thrailkill honored in the OC 2025 Women of the Year program

We’re thrilled to celebrate Debby Thrailkill, founder of My Own Case OC, as one of Orange County’s honorees in the 2025 Women of the Year program!

Debby was nominated for her dedication to the community and selfless service as founder of My Own - A Case for Kids, a life-changing initiative supporting the 3,400 foster children in Orange County.

On March 13, Laurie Davies, Assemblywoman 74th District, honored recipients of this year's program at a special reception in San Juan Capistrano.

This annual event—organized by the California Legislative Women’s Caucus and led this year by Senator Nancy Skinner and Assemblymember Cecilia Aguiar-Curry—honors one woman from each Senate and Assembly district across the state for their dedication, leadership, and impact. It’s a deeply meaningful tradition that shines a light on the inspiring work women are doing in every corner of California.
